Job description

Banco Finantia is strengthening its Operations team with the hiring of a Back Office Administrator to join the Department in Lisbon:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Controlo Monitoring and controlling the registration processes of executed client transactions (across various instruments and markets);
  • Settlement of executed client transactions (across various instruments and markets);
  • Management of records and documentation related to the above activities;
  • Participation in activities related to the development, implementation, and maintenance of operational processes under the department’s responsibility.

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, or a related field (preferred);
  • Approximately 2 years of professional experience in similar roles (preferred);
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Strong organizational skills and methodical approach;
  • Customer-oriented mindset (internal and external clients);
  • Attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team;
  • Willingness to learn and continuously develop;
  • Proactive approach to identifying and suggesting process improvements.
